4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For orders paid via Cash on Delivery, payment must be made in full upon delivery.
Failure to accept or pay for a confirmed COD order may result in restrictions on future purchases.

Refunds for COD orders are issued as store credit or exchange only, not as cash refunds.

5. Returns and Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
